Chicken Wings

We hold a whole lot of pride with our wings.  You could say it's a passion, in fact.  After countless sauce creations, dozens of batches of wings, and enough beer to satisfy a college frat party - the management, numerous employees and a handful of our customers helped us to make a wing that is unbeatable.  We start with the biggest sized wings on the market- the 'Pierce Monster Wings', fry them, then marinate them for a minimum of 24 hours in a secret cayenne pepper sauce.  After marinating, we bake and seal the flavor in.  The mild and the hot wings are definitely manageable - and satisfy your craving for intense flavor, while the insane wings are guaranteed to burn twice.  They are the HOTTEST wings in the Reno-Sparks area, hands down.  period. 

...oh and while we were at it, we nailed down the BBQ wings also.  We use the same method of frying, marinating and baking in the flavor to have you licking the powerful BBQ sauce off your fingers!  All styles of wings are sold in orders of 10.
